Hotel Alcazar Irun

One of the best hotel experiences we have had so far! The place is very cozy and unique, you get a jungle feeling when you get there (lots of greens around!). Excellent location with a great restaurant across the street. They gave us a very warm welcome together with our dog, who received some treats at the arrival. The biggest asset of this place - people, the staff- the receptionist lady was exceptional, took a great care of us in a very frustrating situation (our car broke down on o trip of 3000km). We really felt the hospitality was beyond expectations, we felt like home. A big thank you 🙏🏻

The hotel is located a few meters away from the city center and is very easy to reach. A few meters away there are many shops of all kinds. The hotel parking is free and the breakfast is well served and varied. The staff is very helpful and the receptionist speaks English fluently. In addition the hotel is surrounded by green trees and the free WIFI is accessible in the rooms.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, with windows looking onto dense greenery, which was pleasantly surprising in a centrally located hotel.

Good location, close to bars and shops. The reception was friendly with good spoken English. The room was a good size with comfy bed, it was blankets. Extra pillows were in the room. Breakfast was fresh and the coffee was good. Would recommend as a stop over. Thankyou.

The reception staff shared their knowledge of the area and how to navigate to find what was of interest and in the morning, the breakfast area is quite spacious and welcoming with views of the verdant grounds and speaking of grounds, the coffee was rich. The breakfast offered an area of meats and cheeses and altogether offered a pleasant beginning to the day.
